What a fun little game and story.

That actually answer my question exactly. I figured it was just early in development but just wanted you to be aware of it, which you already are so all is good. Look forward to the next patch then. As a follow up on development, you have a steam release date for midyear 2023. Is that when you are actually expecting to be done, or just when feel you'll be in a more Beta vs Alpha phase?
How early along are you for your photo scoring, and is there somewhere you would like player feedback on them such as providing examples? I ask as right now I am finding that while some photos make perfect sense, I find just as many that do not. I've seen photos of a critter standing there count as them fleeing, sprinting, and roaming. I've also seen photos with high scores where the critter in question is completely different than the one being scored.
The dev does seem to be taking feedback on Steam forums. Should they decide to poke in here:
Objects stick to your hands. That is assuming you can even pick them up. In a lot of cases you will reach for something and it will flicker as grabable/not-grabable until you hold your hand in exactly the right position.
If you press a button, you have to press it down to just the right level. A major problem with this is if you try to analyze an object in the main machine, this means that the information window flickers on and off until you hold your hand all but perfectly.
The only way to leave the main room is to stick your head through the door.
If you get into the lab with the doctor, you cannot exit using the shown teleport ring. You have to again stick your head through the glass wall and aim around until it lets you move into the room.
When you are in the room with the doctor, if you look away from her and then back, she will be floating in a position that makes it look like she is laying on a table.
If you stand to close to the chair on the right side of the main room, you will jutter between floating high in the air and being on the ground.
Attempting to reset the scene (where the curtain closes and then opens) does not always work.
Attempting to use the main machine will sometimes tell you that an action is already in progress, when clearly nothing is happening.
As for the game itself, there are two aspect that I cannot tell if they are bugs or just features not implemented yet:
All hypnotism seems to result in the doctor doing the same 5-6 actions as allowed by the microphone. Is there supposed to be more actions, or different dialogs?
In the large office, there is an orb that takes you to several different realms. All of these appear to have no purpose other than to be scenery. Is that all these are?
I've found that I often cannot let go of things unless I first switch them between hands. I've also found that buttons only work if you press them very lightly and not in to far. Right now I'm hopeful that the release in a few days will greatly fix things because as it stands the game is next to unplayable. I'm amazed it has been let out into the wild in this shape considering the developer is very well-established.
