Glitch, it’s the first thing I’m fixing when I come back to this. Quirk of the combination of mouse physics and rigid bodies.

you can’t download this…

this is very difficult, but I loved the gameplay :)

you don’t just miss a game jam and submit to another one.. also what even is this game? there’s no indication of the controls in the page or in the game itself so what are you supposed to do?

hey, yeah we’re a small team and your skills could be really helpful :) message me on discord @sambunni

when you say an RPG in Batch, do you mean a text-based game, sort of like Oregon Trail? I’ve done a bit of research and can’t find any game engines by that name anywhere. That could be a very interesting project, plus a great excuse to play around with command line visuals with pixel art. I’ll send you a friend request on Discord, my username is sambunni. Looking forward to chatting with you!

i would love to help you out if you're okay with your game looking like a mess. i think that would be funny and quirky a bit.

I have a few plans for a larger game than my usual tiny arcade style games and it'll involve a lot of different features, gameplay mechanics etc. lots of things to think about while designing things and making it functional. anyone have any good tips on how to organise my workflow and get things done in the most streamlined way? open to ideas, it's a mobile game which already presents a challenge since i'm used to making games for desktop . Anyway, any help is appreciated, i'd love tips to do with organisation and workflow. Thanks!

could you explain how this fits the theme at all

this is a known bug, it’s to do with the collision of the walls, sorry about that

that is a good point, i was trying to make it so the bar was always above the player's head but that was a bit complicated on a short time frame since i came up with it on the last day of the jam

that's what makes it unbeatable, i found a bug that made objects spawn really fast so i made it into a game mode

hey, i'm on summer break too! i've been looking for some work in game creation to pass the time over summer before college. i have an art qualification which really doesn't show in the games i have uploaded but i just thought i'd let you know in case it sways your opinion. love to hear from you!
