I wish that there were a couple more choices to be made, or a little more dialogue between each section, just to really build up the world/environment. Thaaaaat said, I absolutely love your art style. The colors/tones used are perfect for capturing the snowy, cold environment! I really love the premise and sequences, the mini games were hard but fun! I look forward to seeing more from you in the future!!

Overall I really enjoyed this game, the environments and overall level design was great, I am very fond of the super saturated colors, and I enjoyed the layout. I'm a big fan of the movie Midsommar, so I kinda knew what to expect coming in; I think if someone wasn't familiar, it would be a stronger experience. The notes and exploring the environment for random bits of lore might me my fav parts. I wish the ending had a little more to it.
Interesting game, I'm fond of the visuals the most, followed by the voice acting. I think there's enough premise here to run a series of interlinked games focusing around Demono Corporation, scientist dad, etc. I feel like this really serves more of a teaser/prequel than a completed experience, but I'm interested in seeing what's next!
I really enjoyed this! For what it gives me alone (story, tone, overall design and aesthetic), it's a great little game. I did not expect things to become so directly sinister, I had anticipated things happening in the hotel we would need to assist with.
I think if the game were to be different, I would have loved there to be more purpose behind where you place each guest, and perhaps a little more involvement with each of the guests or rooms over perhaps a week of time. What's here already is great, I want to keep playing!Honestly seeing the ending had me in a chokehold. I love this artstyle and perspective, especially inside the building. Gorgeous, warm lighting and a lot of fun, unique touches on the animations (going down the ladder for instance). There is nothing to dislike about this experience!! The story was NOT what I expected, AH.
One of my favorite 087 games I've played so far, the pacing is really lovely and I'm a big fan of the narrative choices for relaying story/environmental information. The hair and slowly emerging red sections were very eerie. Sound design was great, I'm glad I played with headphones in the spooky darkness. Thank you for the game, I look forward to more from you!
I loooved the booklet! I'm entranced by the characters, the setting, the overall feeling; visually the building and our apartment is fantastic, I love how warm and messy it feels. The story/setting are GREAT. I can tell there is a lot of love here!!
I would love to see more games in a similar setting or world, I am so intrigued by the Church and what they are up to - as well as the mines. Maybe something of similar length, as a sort of prequel to the substance in the mines? I would love to see the perspective of a member of the church or a factory worker, maybe a resident of the building who didn't return.
Do you post any of your world building anywhere? Or is it just the game and booklet for now? I'd even love short stories in the setting, game or no. :)
I love the constant escalation as we move through the days, I'm very entranced by the visuals and environments. I agree with other comments; the story, the writing, the experience makes you want soo much more. Yet I think it's perfect as-is, too. The posters are great by the way! There is so much the environment can tell you from the very beginning. :)
I wish this was a little longer so I could meander more, and I kinda wish there was more story/notes.. Maybe I missed stuff? But for what is present, I like the environment and I like the introduction a lot! Beating up the eyes was fun. I'd have liked a bit more parkour; the ending is pretty cool and the final CG is sooo cute!! I'm excited to see what you work on next!
The controls were a little janky, but overall I enjoyed this game; the ending feels like a very adult R.L. Stine novel come to life; this house is ABSOLUTELY eating everyone. I really enjoyed the visuals up there, and the idea of taking scary photos while ominous things pop up.. Def interested in the upcoming game!~
I really liked the radio report, and calling dad. This game reminds me of b-horror, somewhere between serious horror and a goofy comedy.
I wish that we had stuff to interact with or do, in the downtime between customers. I also wish we could have had a few more scares, with the entities especially. Also honestly wtf Stevie
I typically don't enjoy games that get too dark with topics of alcoholism and child abuse, but I think this one handled it well. It's grotesque, it's dark, but I think it's handled with tact. When we reunite with the kids at the end I feel like my mind was blown, so now I'm trying to piece out how they end up there in future stories..good work!
Hello! Is this game complete? I am having trouble finding out what to do after picking up Feather 6, for me that was in the room next to the computer lab. Nothing new has opened, and I don't see any feathers anywhere. The notes were generally leaving off with chaos happening in the facility when the characters were trying to escape.
2/3 endings and not a lot of the game over screens, but I REALLY loved this experience! The characters are SO well written and interesting, the overall plot is both silly, goofy, but wholesome and heart breaking. What a fun game! I am really glad I played Prey at the Altar and found you, this was such a treat. :) Guess I'll have to play The Moon Looks Beautiful Tonight soon!!
The visuals are beautiful, the story is interesting, the environment is engaging and interesting - however the ending feels a little lackluster, like we're meant to do more, but we are ultimately left to wander. Maybe that was purposeful! I think I would have liked to see voice acting and static environments as scenes leading up to where the game starts, and perhaps also some kind of ending that is a little more definitive when you leave the HQ building. As-is, I'm left more curious than satisfied.
Showing love and compassion to yourself is one of the hardest things that people can do, sometimes. I really enjoyed the sequences, the neighbor was well written, there is a level of delicateness in the pauses and how she arrives, and of course, the sections with the creature and dialogue are very heart breaking. Reminds me of Babadook, in a way. Thank you for the game!
This game is so cute! I love the graphic style/art, the dialogue is fantastic, and the characters are SO cute. I would have loved to talk to the other two passengers, but I'll hold hands with Baph any day. <3
All three endings were quite lovely, I felt so bad being mean but the art is just sooo good! Worth :)Super fun! I love the visuals and overall environment for the game. The main character is so interesting (name, appearance, how they reference their grandfather and childhood memories) I wish the experience was much longer, encompassing childhood so we could really 'live' in the moments referenced. I feel so sad about the grandpa's situation.. Overall the puzzles were fun, dialogue great, and setting fantastic. I ran into a couple bugs and I think the ending could be stronger, but this is an overall awesome experience!
