In this Alpha Demo, you can try some of the mechanics that we have incorporated, and have a sneak peek at the cyberpunk art we have created and developed. We hope you enjoy playing it and give us some feedback to improve and move forward with this project.
EGO Pollution Madness, a 2D open-world action platformer that combines a fast and skillful game mode with puzzle-solving and a captivating narrative, which you'll enjoy through the exploration of a huge futuristic environment composed of non-linear areas where pollution has life on the verge of extinction.
You play as Proto, a little hero with a mission to help restore the forces of the elemental spirit of life, fighting pollution monsters created by an evil corporation. As you help the spirit of life regain its strength, you'll gain experience, skills, improvements for your cyber prosthesis and allies to help you in your adventure. You'll learn how the planet reached this terrible situation where life is not sustainable, as well as understand the responsibility, and the actions that we humans must avoid to prevent this possible future.

We are looking for a 2D artist with a big passion for the creation of art and videogames with great experience and a positive attitude to work remotely. If you think you have what it’s needed, apply and become a part of the Salom Bros. Studio, and help us develop our IP: EGO Pollution Madness.

Requirements:
-To be able to develop an idea from a conceptual/initial stage into a final art product.
-To be capable to emulate/recreate different art styles that can blend with the characters and -backgrounds already established. (Knowledge of Model Sheet and Color Scripts).
-Ability to create 2D illustrations with dynamic and fluid poses. (Excellent use of Action Lines).
-Create 2D animations frame by frame.
-Ability to create Clean Up vectorial over previously drafted illustrations.
-Knowledge of different Softwares that enables the creation of vectorial images. (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software).
-Knowledge of different Softwares that enables exporting animations in a sequence of images. (Krita, ToonBoom, or similar software).
Pluses:
-Having worked previously on videogame art development.
-Knowledge of human, animal, and plant anatomy.
-Knowledge of architectural design.
-Spanish knowledge (Speaking/Writing).

Lo hemos probado y es una gran idea, es entretenido y tine una dinámica de juego interesante. El objetivo del juego se cumple, da un pequeño vistazo a lo que es trabajar con algoritmos a la hora de programar, puede terminar motivando a un estudiante para decidirse por la Ingeniería de sistemas.
Algo para mejorar es que en el tutorial si eres uno de esos jugadores que se salta los textos, puedes quedar perdido e incluso boqueado específicamente cuando entras a configurar el comportamiento del cañón, seria bueno buscar una forma mas interactiva de mostrar las instrucciones y que en el caso de haberlas saltado las puedas ver nuevamente.
