Bought the full game on Steam, but I have an issue. Running it through wine and steamcmd on debian bookworm. It loads and I can navigate menus, but when loading a game, it gets stuck on the "Loading" screen, but the game continues in the background, as evidenced by SFX.

Anyone else run across this and/or know how to fix it?

Can't even begin to contain my excitement! I've been following this project since 2020 and YKnytt has become the definitive way to play this timeless classic on modern hardware and share it with my kids. :) Fans of the original or first time players, don't miss out!

Yes! One of my favorites, and always felt this game would be right at home on GameBoy. I could easily mistake this for a long-lost prototype and would have totally flipped had it actually released back in the day. Loving it.
