You can use: Dylan Cline, but this offer does not extend to that tricksy fey looking over your shoulder. Beat it! Yeah, you, I see you. Scram!

This is very exciting and I'll be downloading these and printing them tonight! I keep meaning to crack open Knave 2e and actually do something with it so I'll report back if it works well (which I'm sure it will)

This is a very fun little dungeon crawl. I love that it puts non-combat resolutions as a focus because I think that narratively you'd come out with a really unique story of your party's adventure through the dungeon. It does have full stats for all encounters however, so if Plan A fails you can always hoist an axe and see if Plan B succeeds.

The mechanics underpinning the adventure's design ensure that you should get at least two unique playthroughs (if you somehow manage to get entirely new sets of doors on your second run), but realistically, I could see three or four runs still providing new doors for your characters to walk through.

If you're a Cairn GM who runs quick sessions for several groups, you could put this to each group individually and walk away with unique resolutions from every single game... and there are enough loose narrative threads around that you could very easily tug on to springboard yourself into new adventures if you chose to explore them.

I really like the way this reads, and I intend to at least try a solo run of this, and possibly run it for a group if I can get them to give Cairn a go! I'll update/edit my review as I do so.

5/5 for an initial read-through.

Thanks! It was a lot of fun! I will be doing more for sure, meant to this week but the kiddos had a flu so of course not much recording time for me! Next week hopefully haha.

This has been so far a very fun little game! I talked about it on a blog post and have some gameplay on YouTube. I'll link the first episode here and add a link to my blog post about it below as well for anyone interested in checking it out. It's a very fun game!

First blog about the game:

Super fun and relaxing game! I have really enjoyed playing it. I've got a 30 or so minute video of play here:

It was a lot of fun and I think I'll be coming back to it the next time I binge a Persona game, as the vibe meshes well. Thanks for making it!

Super fun little journaling game, with higher quality prompts than you typically see in journaling games and a few fun mechanics to make it more than simply answering prompts.
I play through a bit of this and give my thoughts on it here (Mic gain is a big higher than I meant for it to be, kids playing with the setup lol. 55 or so minutes, but the last about 8min is where I sum up my thoughts):

You're the best! Thanks so much!

Hey! I did a quick review/test play of this here: https://peakd.com/hive-189497/@oblivioncubed/solo-rpg-skirmish-of-the-sorciere

Definitely would recommend, I think it's got a lot of potential and will be returning to do a video play in the future.

Thanks so much! When I get to Cairn that will be super useful to have blank, I really appreciate it!

Cool little tool - could I beg one addition? Would it be possible to add another page that has a blank stat array instead of the D&D array? There are a couple of games I could probably use this with that currently would require whiteout or manipulating in GIMP/etc for the monster stat blocks. Not a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it as a wishlist item!

Fun little way to interact with the SCP Universe. As a journaling game or as a means of sparking a creative bit of fiction for the SCP wiki, I think it could be a wonderful resource. It does rely on referring to the scp-wiki entry for multiple entities which can slow down play, but I don't see any reasonable way around that so, it's something to note but is not necessarily a deterrent to the ability to enjoy the game.

I read through and did a play-test of this as part of a blog, where I go into more thoughts about it here: https://peakd.com/hive-189497/@oblivioncubed/solo-ttrpg-first-look-ascpire-by-ba...

Very enjoyable! It's a lot more combat-focused than most of the solo games I play, but it works very well. Mechanics are fairly smooth and the game is fun to play.

I'm not sure if it'll be ready by end of the BotB Jam (too many projects and too little hours in a day) but I'm working on a 'Hell Divers' inspired hack, where you're not exploring spaceships, but are instead looting the remains of settlements long after an apocalypse forced those few of you left into high orbit.

This sounds super cool, and I'm very excited to get it and give it a try. With most of my regular gaming crew now scattered across the country, this will hopefully help us get some discord-based gaming in!
