The mods you mentioned shouldn't interfere, at least in theory. It's usually a problem with the system's date. But I haven't experienced this bug in any of my times playing/testing, which makes me think it's an installation error. As for the church entrance, this bug happens when there is an error in the installation, if there was a mod installed before and/or after that interfered with the events or map. Try reinstalling, as for the freezing of some scenes, I posted a bug fix that fixes this, please update to work properly.
