It's kinda NSFW, but not exactly in an 18+ way. There's no sexual parts shown, or any sex for that matter. The most this game is lewd for is stuff you can disable, such as big boobs, big butt, and jiggle physics. you can limit size proportions, as well as the jiggle physics for those parts.

I respect your optimism... but statistically speaking, it's not very likely that this game will be continued in a timely manner... I'll give it at best the year 2024 that this game will be continued, and that's being generous.

I'd love to be wrong, and see this game get better, but as things are now, I really don't think so. So for all intents and purposes, I consider this game abandoned until proven otherwise.

That, I definitely agree with. If I knew this game was abandoned, I would've searched for a free version, as I feel like I've wasted my money here.

I've played better pr0n games that I didn't need to spend money on. This is an unfinished, unbalanced game, with oral pregnancy being the only type of pregnancy.
