Just ignore the fan who seems to be angry at you for contributing without permission to whatever scenario you have in mind. He has completely crossed the line between fan and individual creator. Besides, all your arguments are based on the assumption that you have a perfect understanding of Moff's ideas.  I don't have the full picture either, but what you are doing puts a lot of pressure and is a bit extreme in my opinion.
