Well some of the characters you need to build relations with to unlock the vore scenes. Most so far only have the options that you can reach from the start. But not every character has all three routes yet.
For the relation meter to go over 100, that is not supposed to happen, though it doesn't have any effect on the game if it does.

Right now there is no way to increase strength. Only stat you can increase is intelligence. Though the stats has no function at this time

That is strange. Have you tried to redownload the game? Or to extract it to a new location and not to the same folder as an older version?

To unlock Amy's house you need to raise the affection with her to 20 and then meet her on the cruise over to the island where she will give you the location of her house

What the subscriptions does is to give you early access to the newer versions of the game and FurryDesirer's other content. The 5$ gives you access to one update ahead of public and the 10$ to two ahead. The full version of the game is quite a bit away as there is a lot of things that want to be added and fleshed out.

You should be able to run your old save. But to minimize the risk for errors it's mostly recommended to start a new game.
