Here's how I did it on my desktop:

Make sure the file you downloaded wasn't the one with "mac" in the name, that one is for apple products.

Open the file, you should see a type labeled "application", then it should ask you to extract the files. I fit gives you a warning, just hit "ignore" or "run anyway".

Once extracted, a new file tab should open. In there, there should be another type labeled "application", that's the game.

If it gives you another warning before starting the game, just hit "ignore" or "run anyway" again and the game should start. have fuuuunnn!

I don't know if the same applies to Chromebook, but here's the steps:

Make sure to download the file that says "mac" in it. you'll need that specific one on apple products.

when you open the file, find the type labeled "application".  If it gives you a warning, hit the "ignore" or "run anyway" option. you may need to extract the files first for it to work properly.

Once extracted, another file tab should open, and you'll see another type labeled "application". That's the game.

If it gives you another warning, hit "ignore" or "run anyway" again and it should open the game. Have fuuun!

I've tried some of the Latin translations, along with "stargazing" and "stars above" but I can't seem to find a way to respond/ figure out how to translate what the stars are saying.
