you can go over cliff by jumping up on the red brick wall next to zabrina billboard. Check older comments. Someone mentioned it better than me.

Guys I figured it out. safebox and padlock box IS different. Right next to safe there's spanish dental book belongs to his aunt, and then next to that there's padlock box. You can find the number on paintings behind you.
