It's not really a specific scene or option per say but rather you just stop doing things with her in general. Like after you've moved into the Manor with Chloe, Gwen, and Jessica oh and Pixie. Just like stop sleeping with her, or kissing her, or etc. Basically stop doing intimate things with her for a good while. It's easier to do and pass the in-game time if you just focus on the other girl's. But regardless you'll begin to notice her acting funny and that's when she'll start sniffing you when you enter the Manor's west hallway iirc. Her randomly calling you when you're out saying how much she's missed you etc. You can actually even tell her to stop calling you iirc. But yeah, I find it funny if you do this though after having originally taken her from her fiance if you recall the Mark cutscene. 

Oh yeah I think this was the last scene you unlock if you go down her yandere/damaged path? You get it by neglecting her and she slowly losses it. She'll randomly call you and stuff the more you neglect her. I forgot for how long you have to though sorry. I remember it takes a while though like a few in-game weeks?

If you're on Android you can just download the mega app from the play store (Don't open it) and then return here to download the update and it should auto open the update files with the app for you to download without needing to make an account or login. Unsure for PC though.

If I remember correctly they should be in one of the potted plants in the mall. Hope that helps.
