I enjoyed this so much!! The individual murder mysteries were so fun, a really good balance challenge-wise I think. And I really liked the cast, Sid, Freddy, and Dracula were my faves. I found the final ending to be kind of anticlimatic (I think an epilogue or maybe further explanation of how the mastermind set things up would've been good), but the journey was so much fun that I still had a great time. I was wondering is the Itch version any different from Steam? I found out this was also on Steam a little too far into my playthrough.

Hey I wanted to let you know the demo is now on Steam! If you get a chance to review it on there it could help a lot with visibility! (You have to DL the demo and run it for at least 30 min before leaving a review)

I had so much fun with this game! First off the visuals are gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous, from the character sprites to the backgrounds it’s all just a really beautiful experience that makes playing it such a treat.

For the storyline I wasn’t bored for a moment while playing, and the game does a great job at keeping you hooked on the mystery aspect. I just had to keep playing for hours to find out the truth! What made this even more enjoyable were the characters. I was surprised how I got so attached to them all, and all of them really feel like real people with varied likes/dislikes and hobbies, and this really helps for immersion.

For the negatives just a minor nitpick but I think the character name text box is so light that it’s hard to read who’s talking sometimes. The good news is that the characters are distinct enough that it’s pretty easy to tell who’s talking even if you can’t read the name tag. I’ll also say that there is some awkward wording here and there but as mentioned on the page this was developed by a non-native speaker so I think it’s understandable. I know the dev is working on fixing typos and grammar issues which is great! For me it didn’t negatively impact my enjoyment of the game.

It seems like this may turn into a series? I would hope so since I think there’s a lot of potential for continuing the story 👀 I’m very much looking forward to the future works! I think this game absolutely deserves more attention and was made with a lot of passion and care.

Hey thanks for checking it out! 😄

I’m really glad you enjoyed the main cast, it’s really important to me that they each have a place in the story! I’m glad you mentioned the balancing of mysteries, too, that’s def something I’m conscious of.

That’s a very interesting point you mentioned with the discussions. I think the other floors will lend themselves to more interactivity / player input and already have more than the demo section. For the future floors, I can def re-review the sections that are written already and see if there are more opportunities there, too. For the floor in the demo section, hmm, to be honest I’m not sure if there are any more interactivity points I can add while hitting the same plot points 😰 I’ll have to think about this more

I won’t comment too much on the spoilers/speculations, aside from saying the two things you’ve noted are intentional 👀 Altho Leon will get his time in the spotlight eventually ofc

The demo was really fun! I liked the switching perspectives, and I enjoyed the dialogue a lot. If you continue the game, I'd definitely love to check out the rest!

That was really fun! I think the concept is really strong, and I was really immersed and interested in the story. Not sure if you ever plan to continue it, but I'd def check it out if so.

Hey! There’s a guide in the posts, should help you out on getting them all!

It's fixed now, thank you so much for letting me know and so sorry about that!

Pretty sure I know what caused this, I manually deleted unused files for 1.03, so I must’ve accidentally deleted something necessary 😢 I can fix it very easily, but I won’t be home for about 10 hours! I’ll fix it ASAP tho 🙏

oh no! Which version of the game are you playing? So sorry about that

SPOILERS

haha ok great news, that is the puzzle hint that was updated! (I’ll see if anyone gets super stuck in 1.02 in which case I’ll update it again if needed) Also for Endings 1/2, it’s supposed to automatically get you whichever ending you didn’t see on the second watch, but I realized there were a few ways to get around that so I also updated this in 1.02 💪

I'm glad you had such a good time with it! 😄 For the one puzzle you still had trouble with, which one was that? Just so I can make sure I already got it in that last update!

I know what you mean about the spoiler tags, it's wild Itch still doesn't have them! If you want to mention spoilers at all, I've seen people just type out a warning and leave a bunch of spaces between. I'm totally okay with that!

(side note: yes!)

I’m glad you enjoyed the demo so much! 💪 I’ll keep working hard!

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! I too wish I could release the full game right away

thank you! 😄

I’ll look into it, thanks for the info! :)

Thank you, I’m glad you liked it 😭 can’t wait to show more!

I’m so glad you enjoyed and especially that you enjoyed the characters! And thanks for the feedback too, I’ll address those in the next update 💪

I’m glad you enjoyed it!! What was the issue with the backlog appearing randomly? It should only show up when shift is clicked or mouse scroll down (and has only ever done that for me). Lmk and I can work on fixing it!
