Try to install Java 17 and run the 64 bit version's Jar. You can get Java 17 from Azul Zulu. Java 8, 11, 17 applications always work for 32-bit Windows.

ah one question, when i have one palette i want to use for different images with different colors.can your tool force them all to use the same color palette ? because mathematically this is not possible because this process only uses colors that are near the same value as the image has and change them, not totally search for specific colors and substitute them.
i found the BUG !!!
the programm starts up the webpage localhost:9090
but to use the gui it must be http://127.0.0.1:9090/
so i deleted everything even clear the registry and make an restart of the os than just drop the folder from the zip on my ssd........ after pressing the exe this happensand the broweser opens an tab with just an black background without any gui

You saved an Project with an Image, than when its open you delete the image.
After this all the settings of the project are on default........ so when you want to use the same shader on an other image you need to open the other image first and THAN delete the first one or the settings are default again.
