So, I've spent about an hour and a half on this game and I have yet to find out how to raise a stat, other than the draining. Is getting softlocked by the stat requirement intentional?

The hell are you being so damn aggressive for? When did violence become such a necessity to you? Is it to impress people? Do you think that will shut someone up? Some random dumbass on the internet said they can beat my ass, oh wow I'm so scared that I'm shaking in my nonexistent boots. Grow the fuck up. It's real hard to believe you're 18 with how immature you act. Once again. Also, I'm not a grammar freak, I just type like this naturally and it's sad if you think that someone would do that to make themselves look perfect. Piss off
I know the lore of the franchise already, I have zero need to educate myself. The animatronics WERE NOT built to kill children.
I don't know where you got that knowledge from but you are factually wrong about it, and I bet you typed that out with pride.
You know what an alternate universe is right? Whoever makes the alternate universe can decide whatever the hell they want about it. If I were to make an alternate universe where the animatronics exist and there are no murders then I can do that. Scott ODES NOT care so long as no one is being harmed or anything. Why do you think fangames exist? Different universes have different continuities dude.
There can be an alternate universe if the children weren't killed, since AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE CAN BE ANYTHING. For fucks sake, someone could actually make a damn universe where the children ARE killed if they wanted to.
Let me ask you a question, give you something to think about before you reply with more bullshit.
Are these the OFFICIAL designs of the animatronics? The features, the the shape, the look to them. Similarities are fine, but do the animatronics in fnaf really have big tits? DO THEY LOOK SEXUAL?
If you can answer that with a no then don't reply to this again.
If you manage to get a YES with your answer then PLEASE I urge you to seek help. Okay?
No. The animatronics STILL would exist if there weren't murders if you don't know that then educate yourself before replying to this.
There are such things as AUs, alternate universe, I'm 90% CERTAIN that none of this stuff would happen in the actual universe of fnaf. This is likely set in an entirely different universe than the main one. Please, I urge you to think before commenting.
Also, where the hell are you getting "fanaf" from?
After playing this game for a good 15-20 minutes, I must say that it's not the best. It's a good concept but the execution of that concept is dreadful.
1. IF you're going to make a game like this, you need to have the buttons you have to press be more clear, for example the up button actually being an up arrow instead of the letter U. Further more on that is the fact that you can't really see the letters unless you're leaned into the screen due to how they are all shaped, it's easy to get them confused when you're not looking at the colours themselves, D and R look exactly the same if you aren't completely leaned into your screen.
2. Sight reading this game is incredibly difficult to do. The notes move very fast and there's some form of an input delay as well so you only really get a second to react to what's coming, if the button sequence is cursed then you're screwed, especially if some buttons overlap.
3. The entire right side of the target is completely useless. After failing a cue, they should either disappear or the target should be moved further to the right.
4. The game would be a lot better if you could customize the button layout, say for example the arrow keys are uncomfortable to use in this way so you'd prefer using WASD or any other keys other than the arrow keys.
That's all. If some of these things were to be improved on, this game could be a good idea/concept but for now it's simply not fun to play.
The artwork is great though.
There's a bug in the game that ruins a save file and makes proceeding impossible. If you save at any spot in the game and then die, you are reset to the exact same spot as where you saved. The problem with that is if you save at a spot before you die, it softlocks you, for example, you save the game right before touching something that instantly kills you, when you respawn, you end up right where you saved and then you just die again instead of just spawning at the first part of the screen. I made the mistake of saving while falling out of the level while checking out the wolf level since I respawned at the end of one screen and didn't think "What if I just respawn right back here again" because no game ever really does that and my save file is now completely wrecked. One more thing about that level is that if you fall out and die, when you do respawn, the character is locked inside of the falling animation and you can't do anything afterwards. Two irritating bugs that I came across that I hope are fixed. The game is good.
