I have the same issue in 1.78, though it wasn't after buying lingerie.

This game does seem to have promise, however, and perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but for me her energy and happiness levels fall so fast that any happiness I build up is lost trying to recover her energy to keep going, and so I can never get higher than about 23 happiness, especially when you need to have her move locations.  Also trying to get all the time needed to get the XP for a location means going on without energy and losing happiness at the same time, because if you stop to regain energy you lose all the progress on the location.

On the fetishes list, when families was first introduced it was possible to romance them, which was removed as I'm assuming it was seen as a bug and not a feature. Any chance that it might be reintroduced properly?

Also a couple pf notes on the prostitution system. Playing 0.1.16.3 I find it almost impossible to walk about without being propositioned in every place I go where there are a few people. Maybe have the chance a little lower so it's not a constant stream of people asking to pay you for sex. And second on that note, there is a quite obvious double standard when they are only willing to pay maybe $300 but when asked expect over $7000 for themselves. Not saying people don't have double standards but while I might happily play a sloot, being treated like a cheap ho is a little ott.

Not sure if this has been fixed in the Patreon version, but in 9.11B the game doesn't seem to save the audio volume settings meaning it is reset each time the game is opened. Otherwise enjoying it even though I have had to restart a billion times so far. :)

I'm having an issue with the Avenging Angel quest. After Angel tells Miss Fafine that Poppy is in her room, Missy says she has to go and see if Angel needs help, and you can't leave the plinth area in any direction but up, Missy says that she has to go to Miss Fafine's room if you try, however on entering the upper hall she can't go into the corridor with the Counsellor's room in it saying that she needs to do what she came to do quickly and then get to sports before she gets punished. The only places she can go from the hallway are the Garden and Girls' toilets, neither of which seem to be of use to advance the quest. I am also in the middle of The Reign of Jess (Part 1). Am I missing something or is there a bug with these quests interfering with each other?

Love the game. One suggestion. While it's really fun for Kara to be enjoying all the girls she lives with, perhaps sometime in the future when she peeks in on them she finds that instead of masturbating they are with one of the other girls.
