I did... and it worked!

But now a day later... it's stopped working again on the external HD. I did Disk Cleanup again, but nothing seems to have happened so far.

I've got it to work on C drive, but I have a lot of files on an external (E) drive. It's not working for that. Is there some way it can work for external hard drives too?

Sorry I am not sure what info you need - I am not very good with this sort of thing. I downloaded the x64 version before. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything, but it won't show SAI thumbs any more. I have Windows 11.

Not that I am aware of. It's just like the programme isn't doing anything anymore.

I am having the exact same problem - this was working and now it isn't. Clearing the thumbnails cache actually just removed the thumbnails that showed the picture and 'reset' everything, and now no thumbnails can be seen!
