It's possible to use RPGMaker Save Editors to change your items/stats/gold, but keep in mind that the dev might get annoyed if you file a bug report and it turns out that you broke the game because you cheated to a configuration which would otherwise be impossible to achieve.

You'd need to go to RPG MAKER MZ SAVE EDITOR (RMMZSAVE EDITOR) - SAVE-EDITOR.com and upload your .rmmsave file. 

You won't see the name of the resource you're modifying (e.g "Ether" or "Maleficum"), but you can reverse engineer this by cross referencing the order and count against your inventory.

The latest devlog states that the game is still under review with Steam, though in the later stages of the process, so this might be available in the next few updates.

If you go all the way to the top, in the room with star shine, there's a pink crystal which you need to break (the one that shows you vice + submission stats).
