So I apparently did not even though I swear I had since it was an option and would seem obvious, and turning it off DID fix the zooming in on the actual camera/characters, but it still shakes in the text box descriptions. Like its constantly scrolling up and down as fast as possible. But the images are still, which was the major issue.

I believe I tried that, if it was visibly available as an option, but I will double check to make sure. 

Bump? Been months, still the same issue on all new versions... no idea how to fix it...

Any idea or fixes? 

The last 3 or 4 updates have caused this nonstop scrolling of skill text, and zooming of the camera in combat. In and out, fast, and nonstop. Going back to older builds works, and Ive tried reinstalling, updating drivers, etc. Playing on Win, any ideas? Disabling fullscreen slows, but doesnt stop the scrolling/zooming, but no resolution shows any speed difference. 

The newest builds still seem to cause this issue. Any idea what could cause this? On Windows. Drivers are updated, tried reinstalling, admin, etc. 

The newest two builds are causing constand scrolling up and down on skills list, and zooms in and out rapidly during combat. Reverting to older builds seems to help.
