right click on the file and click "show package contents" and then click macOS after that you should see a textEdit file open your terminal and type "chmod +x" put a space then drag the textEdit to the terminal and click enter. the icon for the textEdit should change and you should be Abe to launch it then, don't forget to allow your Mac to run it in settings.
