duh.
Dude, this game... Where to start?
The prologue with Nerus and Shax was absolutely heart wrenching and heart warming all at the same time. The ending absolutely took me off guard, and left me hoping that we get to see more of Shax and Nerus, especially since their relationship was just getting into full swing near the climax of the prologue. Not the mention the static filled, blood stained, dreadful atmosphere making the climax even more intense.
The mystery and vague inner mechanisms of the story regarding who Shax really is, what happened with the battle, the Aeons, soul amnesia, the shape-shifters, Nomino's plan, etc, is something I hope to see explained further eventually. Very intriguing stuff.
Roddorod nailed the mysterious nature of not just the first story, but the second as well. I'm curious to see if the different stories converge somehow, or share a connection in the long run. The Sherlock Holmes murder mystery centered plot mixed with the otherworldly aspects, and Alessia's connection to the seemingly metaphysical realm and the deaths of the abbots makes me theorize even more.
I can't wait to see more of this visual novel, it's definitely up there in terms of story for me personally. The characters are all unique and Nerus is a total sweetheart lol. <3
