Yeah, you can save/unsave whenever/wherever.

to me this game is 2 things:

1: pretentious collection of basic 90's esque tech effects that add nothing
2: incredibly beautiful brutalist walking sim

#1 drags #2 down a bit.

It does atmosphere very well. Portal vibes, Shadow of the Colossus vibes, early 3d minimalism vibes, non euclidian space vibes... then you realise every door means sitting through another times starfield scroller, etc.

Ultimately though, it climaxed with a very memorable ending, which had the greatest sense of atmosphere I've felt in a game in a long time... and left me wanting more.

Awesome.
