dis game is joookes and cute. Enjoyed the chaos but it felt like the happy little cells doing their duty! Shrink, grow and stretch were well suited mechanisms for this context and world :)

'The more planning we get done now, the clearer our vision and goals for the project will be next semester.' That resonates with me for things are a bit vague on development at times. However, as long as a team reminds each other what the pillars and overall conclusion is in a design then they will achieve. What they achieve is really an overall chosen team goal. 

Your constant focus on documentation and use of Project Management tools is inspirational. I find I'm faltering a bit but through your insight it reminds me to continue to press on. Big thank you to you! Cheers!
