I found a bug with the mod maker, you can't make player retextures, you can make custom items/ npc retextures but you can't make player ones with the tool.
how do you stagger enemies? i tried shooting them in various places but could never get it to trigger consistently (or frequently enough for an emergency ammo refill), is it tied to RNG
