thinking maybe the muscle strength is a factor but when theyre changed, sometimes itll work and sometimes it wont, so i dont think its an important variable past what its used for

no idea if its the algorithm or anything, but i consistently get creatures that will simply tense certain muscles and slide across the floor, and those are selected as the best creature regardless of the settings i choose. the horse i posted in another thread actually did it a lot with previous iterations, a lot of creatures i copied from the other threads to see them evolve also do this.

when this happens i noticed the muscles will only ever tense/contract and not alternate between the two, so 3 muscles might stay red while others stay blue, and never switch. is there a way to fix this with the neural setting or the generation/breeding settings that i'm missing, or is it a legitimate thing that should be looked into? it's so weird that it will just jitter or slide across the floor and be considered for fitness/rank proportional as the best option, which is annoying because its very difficult to actually work it out of that cycle in the editor screen lol

oh nice. didnt know that! ty

honse (ive loved this game for years and finally downloaded it to pc)

really needs to be implimented for people making more complex/big things, on pc it's difficult to navigate when there is only a zoom in/out and im trying to do small details or many things in a larger area
