Thanks for the reply!  For what it's worth, I figured out how to recreate the look, and your font looks amazing. :)

Hi!  This might be a dumb question, but the example shows white letters with outlines and drop shadow.  That's what I wanted.

However, the actual .png I downloaded contains black letters with neither outlines nor dropshadow.

Is there a way I can get the font to look like the example?

Thank you.

I played the demo for several hours, and got all the way to year 2!  I really loved this game. :)

I took a lot of notes throughout my playthrough.  Here's my feedback, if you're interested:

The tutorial said stamina reset each week, but it definitely did not.

There is a limit to 3 conversations with Ciel a week, but she only actually wanted to talk once every month or two.  Made the conversation cap unnecessary.

There are a lot of grammar errors throughout... but I was still able to figure out what was meant most of the time.

There seems to be no incentive to unlock advanced classes or jobs.  For example, I unlocked Swimming, which rewards endurance AND athletics.  But then I realized the athletics gain was about half of the tier 1 gymnastics, so I just went back to that for the rest of the game.

Certain flashing text (ie "Holiday" or "1 Skill Capped") can be very hard to read over top of the schedule.  Maybe if they were less transparent, or flashed slower?

I never figured out what the weekly meal options do.

I like how when Ciel got sick, I got the "inquisition" threat.  It made me assign WAY more rest days, which was likely the intention.  Very good scene!

With that said, I eventually tired denying Ciel any rest to see what would happen.  She got "very sick" and "stress", but nothing happened in the end.

I went to the salon expecting to get new hairstyles, but the salon sold clothes?  I'm not really sure why the salon, clothing shop, and trinket store all sell clothes.

I had to keep bumping up the game speed to 5x each week.  I wish it would have stayed there.

What does public school ACTUALLY raise?  It says "ALL", but I didn't seem to get any stat buffs from it.

I love the art and music. :)

A lot of the encounters had set goals: complete 10 sets, complete a blue set, etc.  My abilities and the ally attacks didn't seem to do anything in these.  I'm not sure why there were even there.

Only a small number of clothes granted effects.  I wanted Ciel to wear blue jeans, but they did nothing while the shorts gave a huge buff.  So Ciel had to wear an outfit I didn't like for optimal stats.  Sort of felt restrictive.

New characters were introduced constantly.  I wish there was more of a chance to get to know the existing characters.  I was hoping to see more scenes with Ciel and her classmates, but instead there was the Nieve, Sylphie, Lobsto guy, Helen, Ivory, Erkin... I was having trouble keeping everyone straight.  I do like Eli a lot though. :)

I accidentally skipped the tutorial the first time because I wasn't sure if "green" or "white" was selected.

Are the unlockable traits really worth it?  For example, reducing stress by 5% seems so minor.  19 stress instead of 20?  I'm not sure it was worth the investment.

Exploration is cool!  I completed all of Lower City, but that seemed to be the end.  No reward, and Grassland is still locked.  Also, my teammates have cooldowns, but they don't seem to be working yet.  I could bring them every week.

That's everything.  I want to say again I really liked this game and am looking forward to the final release. :)

I'd like to piggyback off of this as I'm having the same issue.

The sprites seem quite lovely, but the sheet has no consistency to its size, placement, or padding, which makes importing them into many game development engines a nightmare.

I see you recently added a python script to split them.  Unfortunately, I am having no luck with it - it looks like I'm lacking the proper PIL modules or something to that effect.  If I knew I'd have to install and learn python just to use this art, I probably would have gone with a different sprite set...

Anyways - Is uploading the individual pngs in a zip folder out of the question?  That would really help us out.
Thanks for hearing me out.
