Yeah that's just since there is no officially recognized publisher developer or other software company that has signed certificates or whatever with microsoft. As long as you downloaded it from itch it should be fine and dandy.

Love th game overall. Sadly my first run ended with a bug:

During the final boss fight there is a move that can get you thrown out of bounds, not super bad in terms of game breaking bugs but it  seems reproducible and does seem to also kill him sometimes. SPOILERS THIS IS A THING YOU MAY NOT WANT TO SEE if you haven't beat the game, BUT IT IS FUNNY SPOILERS Fair warning my audio mixing was bad and a bit of salt was kicking in.  Honestly pretty funny and would be something I would consider working as intended if he hadn't followed me to our combined deaths. Add more player death floor less boss death floor and I think it's actually a pretty cool way to die.

I also had an issue where items that appear in your inventory after beating an enemy such as new weapons have their dialogue box stick on screen. If you want me to I can go grab a clip of that as well.

Also alt tabbing off the game during the final credits might make it impossible to operate the final save prompt.

Anyway This is amazing work and thank you for sharing it, updating it frequently, and getting it out fast enough that you avoided DMCAs.

Fantastic work, I look forward to whatever you work on next. Just beat your secret boss and now have to replay things now that I know Eileen has a full side quest I missed the first time.
