what a wonderful, wonderful solo RPG. the the prompts and settings are so inspiring that it almost doesn't even feel like a solo RPG - characters and events flow so easily that it takes no effort at all. I mean, i'm currently writing this one day FOUR of the first season, and I'm sitting at [checks notes] 7k words. amazing. buy this. 10/10

absolutely incredibly solo ttrpg, the first one I've full played through in like..a year and a bit? i reckon the replayability value is through the roof - i've just sat down and written my answer for 6 hours STRAIGHT so i'll probably give it a few months before I try playing it again though haha. massive kudos to the creator, you really just dropped a masterpiece on us like I wouldn't forgo sleep to play. my playthrough can be found here (https://butchboar.wordpress.com/2023/05/12/the-magnus-response-review/) if anyone wants a nosey.

sure!! Im not the most fantastic writer and i took some liberties when i was writing it lol but heres a link! https://butchboar.wordpress.com/2022/03/20/by-the-sounding-sea-response/

I played this game over the course of 2 days and ended up writing just shy of 4000 words. thank you for creating a game packed full of so much wonderful, eerie atmosphere, and my favourite character of all time - that absolutely haunting memory of the aunt which followed my character throughout her time in the manor. she never made it out, but I suppose by the end she never did want to.

I played this with my two younger brothers a few days ago and we had an amazing time. It actually went so smoothly (and was so fun!) that I'm going to be organising a run of it for my college's LGBTA society :^)

I definitely recommend this lil ttrpg, and I will for sure be playing the other 3!

I started to play this game at 11am and it's currently 1pm. I don't think I've felt this content in days :^)
