Oh boy what an experience! AMAZING GAME!
+ The art-style is very lovely and detailed, a lot of work has been put into this
+ Very innovative start with the TV and making choices
+ fresh idea concept of a Horror Puzzle game with important choices is very good
+ the minigames were well thought out and quite enjoyable and rewarding
+ music was well fitting, exciting at the right times and overall suspenseful
+ dialogue between the characters seem real and not forced
+ Davis is a pretty tough cool guy man what an awesome character
+ im very excited how the story plays out after ... was teasered!!
- The camera and character movement seems very rigid and hard, I would recommend a third person view, the map is already layed out and it would be easier to control
- The voice acting seems a bit off, in certain moments where the character shouzld be surprised or sad, the voice over was a bit dull and emotionless
+++ overall amazing experience which I will continue keeping an eye on
I made a playthrough of this game:
Yeah thats a really cool graphic, however:
- grandma dying/ not dying
- Finding a cult
- Getting dragged into a Cage
- some weird childhood memory?
Yeah you gotta find a way to connect all this or scrap some ideas, I think either roll with the grandma/supernatural/psycho theme or the secret organization theme, anyways love the camera and sound design!
Heres a video of the playthrough
very nice game I loved the artwork and the concept, aswell as the sound design and the overall ambience, however I am running around like sonic, it was easy to avoid staring at anything by just looking a bit down, maybe it would be a more frightening experience when youre forced to walk slower and its harder to dodge the tvs/spiralmen. But as I said I reaaally loved the ambience of this game and Im happy to wait for new releases of u!
heres a video of the playthrough:
I really like the concept of the game, it works fittingly well how the repeated rooms and gradual destruction of the place represents the mental issue the main character has. It has a lot of meaning behind it and was a pleasure to play, it makes you think about it. I really like the graphic and sound design, however there could be a better solution than playing the same scream repeatedly and cycling through funky colors.. maybe vision blur? more hallucinations? Anyway great fundamental work which rrally captures the "psychological horror" genre!
Hey really cool game, however I discovered some weird bugs while trying to play all endings:
- died while I already escaped in the car.
- instant teleported out of market on the street into the smiling man
- died in front of the home instead of fleeing
Please watch the later segments of the video to see these bugs ive mentioned.
