When I get to the gate, it locks up. Help?

I downloaded the game but it won't start. A pop up that says "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Every time I reinstall UE4 Prerequisites it does the same thing over and over. Help?

Where can I download the music that plays in the background? Fantastic little game by the way :)
