yes, that works but is inconvenient, makes the program feel stiff instead of facilitating my intention. Sometimes, it’s hard to click the planet, I zoomed way out to admire the view and then got stuck until I zoomed alllllll the way back in… see what I mean… it’s not good UX ¯\(ツ)

Overall: Actually pretty cool, I liked it.

Cons:

  • UI was a little confusing at first.
  • Being locked into a planet, clicking all mouse btns or esc doesn’t exit lock.
  • Selecting moving planets manually, there’s no legend/menu to sel from.

Pros:

  • Everything else.

Game is pretty good, a little confusing at first but once you get the idea, it’s really fun! Great job!

I use homerow, but I also have a qwerty hotkey for games, yet I still can’t play celeste left-handed. I use my right hand to jump, dash and climb. Without being able to remap keys, even in a json or something, for me, this game is unplayable :[ sucks cuz it looks amazing.

edit: they fixed this really soon after. THANK YOU. I got to play and it was really fun! :]

the sensitivity is weird and I quit :/ I can play high sensitivity or low, but you got this weird mix where it's more sensitive for the first few degrees and less sensitive the more delta is applied, it's like windows enhanced precision thing but inverse.

I shouldn't have to struggle to keep the character straight, constantly under then over steering.

other than that,
10/10, love everything about this. good work.
