Edit 2: by the way I kind of noticed that every time i do Ice raid then go to Fire raid the Autosave suddenly turns ON even though I already turned it off.  Idk if it is also the same with the other people.

can someone pls tell me where to get the dusty book recipe? I  started a new file and forgot where I got it on my 1st playthrough.

I was wondering if Shanna can be beaten when you 1st encounter her if over leveled.  I remembered on my 1st play through she wasn't able to 1 shot my level 28 Mirel. I am curious if beating her on the 1st attempt(without trapping her in a hole) was possible.

At 1 point I thought Brad would be the most hard hitting since he has more Passive damage increasing buffs in his skill tree, plus he gets bonuses with beating the 4 fighters, also he has self casting damage buffs and 3-4 hit skills. Even though some would argue that Elly would be top tier damage dealer cause she has the 5 hit skill and AP bullet Item to increast her damage further; she does miss a lot since she is encumbered by 'Tipsy'. Unlike Elly, who can't wear items like Thorin(helm),Zanwas(helm), Spartan(shoes), and Belt of pain, Brad has access to more OP gears(specially the item you get from the challenge battle with the nature managers). Even with all those advantages in passives Mirel still has the edge on raw damage stats vs Brad and she clearly deals more damage in my experience, idk why, but hey guess Sniper Mirel is just built different xD ; and having access to more elemental weapons and Airini(sniper exclusive armor) also give her a slight edge.

I also tried Chiyo's desperate outburst with encouraging roar together with the other buffs and debuffs from the other chars(cause I really love to do damage tests), but it only adds 1k+ to the dmg, I also tried the magic debuff on ryen's magic tree but the result is almost the same. I dunno if the Desperate Outburst hits with Critical hit since i rarely use it(and I haven't really seen the skill Criting whenever I used it.) on my play throughs since I prefer Chiyo's AOE tree cause of the debuffs. I would like to know how much damage it does, if it does crit though.

yeah you're prolly right. as long as you're enjoying the game. nothing else matters XD

...I guess if that's the case i should just not submit the quest ever. xD since it's the better option compared to having  'triton's love'. here me out 1st why that is my reasoning;(note: this is just a personal opinion, and not to be taken seriously.. xD) going physical damage path (which is the other swords are good for since ryen only has access to physical skills other than that skill that deals phys+magic[good dmg but lacks the AOE] and that dark magic element AOE which doesn't really counter any raids atm).. yes you do much more damage with normal attacks(specially when dealing crits, but that is very unreliable since Ryen doesn't have max crit skills like Mirel and Elly), but the drawback is you need to accumulate a lot of TPs just to get to max potential in every fight (where the OP sword really matters like Raids or OP enemies) , you also need to have atleast 2(if you just use flame blade) - 3 different elemental swords against the raids. while having the Eagle(+ potentially Excalibro or Golden/Magic Sword if you don't have access to excalibro yet) and going max potential doesn't require you TPs at all or at least just need 60 if you also use 'dragonic' buff. Corrupt magic doesn't require TPs, casting the element skills doesn't cost TPs as well and that 1 debuff from ryen's magic tree route also doesn't require TPs and it mana burns the enemy too. also you literally can counter all 3 raids (with fire elem for nature, lightning elem for ice and water for fire) with just the eagle. you can literally start nuking on Ryen's turn 3 or 4... one of the cases where this  magic strat is most useful is when doing the Nature raid's challenge run against all 3 managers at the 3rd round of the fight. since if when the battle is prolonged they have the chance of wiping out your party with their absurd instant kill skills and AOE spells (and casting flame blade if you don't have fire element sword or using triton's love for max stats.. also adds 1 turn before you can start dealing damage with Ryen). the sooner you deal damage the better chances of winning. it also frees the other members of the party from being a TP pot feeder. instead they can focus on support skills, dealing damage, heal hp/sp and resurrect fallen allies which increases the chance of survival/winning. Sorry for that long , boring and grammarless ramble. xD I just get all hyper when trying to explain something.

the silver chest drops the recipes. just keep raiding. you'll get one eventually.

I am also curious about going to war with other countries and if it gets implemented; do the guards automatically attack you if you enter a town or settlement that is a part of the neighboring country that you're in war against? if let's says that is the case: do NPCs permanently die if you kill them?.. or is it just via the battle system on the overview map?... sorry for the weird questions..  just curious and all.

and the raids and quests are even better than some mmorpgs

you can find them inside the town next to the volcano. I think you need to find the npc that asks you if you're the new recruits then he sends you to the barracks to retrieve the uniform from a guarded chest.

I mean summoning the Elementals with the Eagle + the magic corruption is pretty sweet though. the only draw back is the CG scene? I can live with that. thank you for the info.

I invested skill points on sober up and  careless barrage , but every time i use bottoms up the skills don't appear on her skill box. i have a theory that the careless barrage is overlapping with precision strike since they have the same logo.

I haven't played the game for that much. but based from what I experienced (and also personal preference) in terms of combat prowess, I think Sandra is best. 1. she's a dual wielder idk if that attributes to dealing more damage but if it does then she already has the upper hand compared to other girls. 2. based from what I've seen: there are more elemental daggers compared to other weapons. 3. her skill gained via laboratory is also pretty op (the 3 hit atk) 4. She can easily farm gold for the team with the use of robbery. 5. her agility is pretty whack. she can have more turns if you pump her with a lot of agi items. 6. She's easier to use compared to Elly(Elly can be pretty op but you need a lot of TPs to do so. crit buff + 5 hit attack). She has a bit of downsides though 1. She's defensively weak  to spells and physical attacks, but this can be remedied by feeding her defense and resist potions. 2. She lacks AoE which makes killing mobs longer. but it's a 4 man team anyway you can always just have Chiyo , Kayelinth and/or Mira(for undeads) in the team to deal with this problem. 3. giving her most of the attack/defense potions would mean less for Ryen. That could be bad for Ryen exclusive missions.

on the looks department. no issues there. all the girls are pretty. so nothing more to add.
