Been playing the game for a few days and enjoying it a lot.

I have the Windows Gold version and don't see a Back function in the quick menu, and the keyboard shortcut doesn't seem to work either.

I see there are audio options in the settings, but I haven't heard any sound yet (and I feel like I am fairly far into the game).

Technical issues aside, I am really engaged in this game, and I know plenty of content is left to explore.

I'm having trouble purchasing this game. I click Pay With Card, which takes me to a checkout screen but with nothing to click.
