Twitter is also a public space where people are able to see if they are having similar issues. I don't know why you would just automatically block someone and delete their tweets without looking at the content of said tweets. Because it would have clearly shown you it wasn't spam and you would have been able to address this player immediately without making them concerned. What it actually looks like is you wanting to hide anything you deem as "bad press" from your Twitter announcement and now you are scrambling with this very flimsy excuse, so many hours later (why couldn'tyou say from the start it was a caseof being marked as accidental spam in your first response? Why didn'tyou unblock right away?) because you didn't expect this lovely person to try to follow up their concerns here. In trying to preserve your shiny announcement post you have created a situation that reflects extremely poorly on your studio.
