For music design:
Here is my understanding of the rules, I would like clarification to see what would be allowed.
Abelton Live :Paid software for making music (would be allowed just like Adobe Illustrator and After Effects would be allowed for making of the Sprites or using a paid version of Unreal/Unity)
Instrument Libraries: This is where I'm not sure (its just the raw sound of a trumpet playing or whatever) Im leaning toweards not allowed, just like you couldn't use a paid UI Library (Would fall under paid plugins.
Sound Effects: Clearly has to be free if they are complete.
