1. I am not into anything gas-related.
2. This was made for a gamejam when I was also in college. I simply do not care about the actual quality this came out to be, as how well the game was received in the gamejam has long since passed. While I appreciate the feedback, it's feedback that will not lead to any changes I'll make, as I intend on not making any changes to begin with.
3. I am generally not into bursting.

The HTML in-browser version is prone to bugs, such as things failing to properly load and inconsistencies between it and the Windows version. Because of this being potentially extremely dependent on client-side browser issues and client-side internet issues, I'm afraid there is not very much I can do about this that I'm aware of.
If it doesn't end up working for you, I'd recommend downloading the executable instead! And if somehow neither works, you can always watch the video of the entire first chapter that is also downloadable!
Hey there! Sorry if me screenshotting this comment(before the context edit) bothered you, I didn't intend it as a way to make fun of you or anything. If anything it was quite the opposite, since I 100% agree with the edit information you put here, and I legitimately thought the original comment was really hilarious.
Thank you very much again! Comments like this are definitely what makes me consider coming back to this, absolutely. For now I do have other game ideas I want to get to though, even if they're less gameplay-focused like this one, and more visual-novel-focused like my previous game. I do hope they're things you can enjoy nonetheless!
The music unfortunately isn't something I made, but rather just really sick instrumentals I found - full credit goes to the original creators of both.
The secret boss was honestly me just having a vision for how I wanted it to go and then putting WAY too much effort into making it happen. For now, I won't reveal too much about the secret boss outside of that it's basically just the first boss, but really upset.
Oh it's not anything I plan on doing anytime soon. This project entirely was a spur-of-the-moment thing, given that it was for a game jam anyway. If I do come back to this to overhaul it from the ground up, it'd be with the full intent on completing it.
And if I'm being honest, there is a certain sanctity in allowing a game jam submission to remain as itself. It is why I'm especially hesitant on doing too much with this current version of the game, and why I'm honestly not too upset by the concept of leaving this as is for a good while.
Currently I'm think of actually coming back to this in the future, but with a complete rehaul entirely. As in, from the ground up again, but with no time constraint, and FAR more content and polish in general. As for big updates for this specific version of the game, I think I'm probably going to leave it as is for the time being - gives me the time to focus on other games I want to make~
Thank you so much for this comment~!!! Reading this genuinely made me really happy, and I'm glad you liked the game so much!
I do intend on making more games, one or two including Piya and Enora in them! I also do have some side projects involving the two as well over on my twitter, though those are still in production! Again, thank you so much for this comment, it really made me happy~
Due to the pixelated art style I use, there isn't really a way to properly full screen the game without making the game look really chunky, and not in the good way. I'll try to implement some "fullscreen" going forward, but for Watering The Plant Girl, I don't personally feel the results would be worth an update.
