Update: Apparently it has nothing to do with the blacklight at all as on my new save, the same glitch happened, but I didn't have the blacklight purchased (It didn't happen right away after the save file was made, it happened after opening the game about a day later)

You need to find or buy certain key items in order to get the sex cutscenes

The only method I found to fix this glitch is by starting a new save entirely

Found a glitch where for whatever reason it causes you to be unable to switch PDA modes (I have no idea how to replicate this glitch, but I feel like it has something to do with purchasing the blacklight)

Hm, I wonder why all the other comments OTHER than the person who made the game was deleted. Probably because the game is tagged incorrectly and anyone who calls this out gets their comment deleted.
