It really isn't their fault your 7/8 years old mobile devices don't work. You really need to get a new phone/tablet, what you have is extremely outdated and weak. Games can't offer support for outdated devices, especially so outdated. I had a mobile game that stopped working on my 2016 device in 2019,now compare a 2012/2013 device in 2020.
