also! apparently its not because of my laptop since im fully capable of using it on my brother's laptop (same brand, same type of laptop) and its making me run in a tailspin. of course, take your time, but i just wanted to add this pretty quickly!!

Hi! its sorenwaiting again and I just wanted to say this has been happening ever since 1.3 update (and I'm not so sure about the other updates) 

So basically, it crashes every time I load it. It also does this with the steam version! I was really hyped up about the 1.4 update, hoping it to work on my computer but it didn't.

I would really appreciate for some comments because I've been struggling on this for about a month now ^^  

The story was so unique! I love this game so freaking much its crazy. The art design and characters made me fall in love instantly. I loved all of the representation in this queer little game and it made me so happy :heart: :heart:

scratch that, i have downloaded something from itch.io before (veadotube) but im not sure why its not working? also another edit, steam doesnt show a black screen at all, just transparent and then closes out. please help 

hi! i use a windows laptop and it has a good amount of storage, and i have no idea why pngtuber plus isn't loading in for me. it only shows me a black screen with a small symbol that says pngtuber + which i assume is the loading screen, but after a few seconds it disappears and closes pngtuber plus. by the way, this is the first time i have downloaded something from itch.io (also, my other apps and games work completely fine) i tried this for both the steam version (most of my apps and games that i download from steam all work) and the itch.io version, but they still cause the same issue.
