Hello! I'm opening up game commissions! I'm an experienced game developer and I primarily use Unity. I can take a game from start to finish with ease! I can make almost any type of game!

Note that depending on your request, the completion time may vary. I will do my best to estimate completion time!

Here are request guidelines! -

  • Consider the process of game development and complexity of systems within your game to appropriately request so that it can be created within a week. If needed, and upon discussion, I can work on the game for up to 2 weeks
  • I will not create NSFW games, but I WILL create games with very dark themes
  • The scope of your game should be kept low and manageable, however, do not let this limit your creativity. I'm willing to discuss your request
  • Understand that depending on your request, the price may vary

Pricing! -

  • The pricing will be from $500 - $1500 per game
  • Hourly rates can be discussed as well. Generally, I will work from $25 - $40 per hour, but that can be lowered if needed
  • Due to the high pricing, you must pay at least half upfront. I won't work on a game if there's a possibility I won't get paid for it. Game development is time consuming and sometimes stressful. Plus, it would be a waste of time for me to work with a client who will not pay over a client who will pay

I'm also opening comms for individual assets. I can create almost any 3D model. My skills become limited when it comes to realism and character art, as I don't do those things very often, but I can do them to some degree. I can create pixel art too, but I am not so great at animating pixel art characters.

Pricing for individual assets will depend on it's complexity! So, it could range from $20 - $80

Heya! I'm looking for a pixel artist to help out with making this game for a game jam(it may be worked on more after as well). There are about 3 days left and I'm struggling as I have to program and make all the art as well, as an inexperienced pixel artist.

I'm hoping to find someone who can help out so I can focus on programming and animations, which take a very long time considering the amount of content I'd like this game to have. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm currently doing a game jam with some other people. I'm looking for a pixel artist because I really need to focus on programming! The game is supposed to be like terraria but with really cool combat! Theres a screenshot of the prototype world below!

The game is set in a unique world with biomes unlike that of earths. The world is plunged into darkness and it's your goal to bring it to light!

There is also procedural terrain generation!

Hello! I'm Soulex and I do a ton of game dev. I recently had a great idea for a horror game while I was winding up a christmas music box.

The basic idea is that on christmas eve you are making sure everything is ready for christmas.

- Make sure the fake christmas tree has presents under it(its actually a monster)

- Make sure the cookies and milk are out for santa(he will capture you)

- Make sure your younger siblings are asleep

There are a few others things but I won't mention them here. I have written a small story and will soon form it completely. I plan on having a neat intro cutscene and different endings based on whether you fail or not.

I plan on making this game as scary as I possibly can. I need a 2D artist for Illustrations in the game that show parts of the story.

The game is going to be 3D and first person.

Hello! I'm in the Themed Horror Game Jam and I'm looking for a 2D concept artist to help make some cool post apocalyptic/retro futuristic concepts and potentially UI. The current game idea is a small open world monster in the house game, somewhat like Choo Choo Charles. A virus is spreading around infecting AI robots, including your AI companion who becomes the main monster. Your goal is to find the item that disables your robot.

Can you go more into depth about the main menu bug where you can't move?

I'll make sure to post a devlog so you know when it's updated!

Thank you for the feedback! I'll try and get to it when I can

Hello! I'm creating a horror game set in the Garden of Eden. It's an FPS horror game where you go through the Garden of Eden, slaying demons, and ultimately stopping Adam, who has fell under control of "the serpent". As you go through the story you pick up book fragments that tell you what happened to the Garden of Eden to make it the way it is.

Hello, I'm making a horror game about a chocolate factory. The idea is that the factory made a new kind of chocolate that is extremely addictive, and as a result, the people who eat it have become warped messed up creatures. You're supposed to traverse through the factory while being weary of these monsters, your goal being to shut the factory down. There are going to be 3 sections in the factory, each of which have one monster you have to go against.

I have written a design doc, I just need help with level design. I've already gotten to work on some of the mechanics in the game, and will finish them soon. In the mean time, I'd like to discuss with someone what each section will be, what you have to do in them, etc. The levels will also have to incorporate different "horror points". These points are parts in the game that are meant to horrify the player, as they are supposed to interact with innocent monsters and do something they don't want to do in order to progress.

The components that would make up levels are things like doors, chocolate pumps, valves, levers, etc. I don't plan on this being a puzzle game, though a few puzzles here and there would add a nice touch.

My goal for this game is to make it very horrifying. I want the player to feel disgust, guilt, and fear. I also want the play time to be long, though it isn't exactly a priority as long as the game accomplishes the main goal. I think a perfect amount of play time would somewhere around the mark of 1 and a half hours. The other goal is to strike inspiration and awe into people, I want this game to be a game people consider awesome.

Hello, I'm looking for a composer for a horror game for a game jam and I really like your music. If you have discord, here's mine - soulexdev

If you don't have discord my email is andrebluntindie@gmail.com

thank you for the feedback. I plan to update it in the future and add some additions to the levels to help players who can't get behind the mechanics as quickly, as well as some training levels. thank you for playing! :)

thank you very much :)

Hello, I have a team of 3 for an upcoming game jam starting in a few days, and I'm looking for a 3D artist. It would help tremendously as I can focus on programming and sound design. We're thinking a fantasy x modern themed deathmatch game, so if you are a generalist that would be awesome. you can DM me on discord if you're interested - soulexdev

Pretty solid. The police are a little to fast and would often push me around, and it seemed there was no lose condition if they caught up to me. I really like the underwater part though, it looks really cool. I also like the buildings on the main track. Definitely could use music and sound effects. For the robot voice, I would recommend giving it a little bit of reverb to make it sound less flat. Maybe in the future you can find a voice actor who can voice the lines, and you can place a radio effect over it. Overall, it was a pretty neat experience.

I'm looking for a level designer for a game jam game called "Inferno Blade" - https://soulexx.itch.io/inferno-blade

It's a fast paced game based in an alien facility. I want the levels to flow nicely and make the player move constantly, the goal being the player trying to beat the level within a certain amount of time.

thank you. can you elaborate on what you mean by movement routes?

i like the idea of sword combos, although i'm unsure about how those would work. would you mind elaborating on what you mean?

tyvm

if i may ask, how do you have to lay out UVs in order to get the proper effect?
