I have a suggestion. Could you add a pregnancy mechanic? I know you said you do not feature children in your games so just show Jenna or other girls with a big bump and just skip the birthing scene entirely with a throwaway line about the baby being tended to at a nearby hospital or something.

Are you telling me there haven't been any new births in the five years since Peitho ruled the world? Is everyone infertile? From a gameplay and developer perspective I get it because it would be disgusting but lorewise it doesn't make sense.
