A while ago I asked this forum if they would to see speedrunning guides on Karlson. I finally got around to working on it, so I thought I would show all the voice-over files here. It'll be finished in about a week.

It's kinda hard to know WR because we have many different places we use to share our times (itch.io, discord, Reddit etc.)

Just adding to this post: Slide-hopping. Bind crouch to 2 keys of your liking, and press one of them once you are in a level. Then, move forward and spam the other crouch key. You will be able to get like 80 m/s.

typing "fps 1' will enable the fps counter, typing "fps 0" will disable it

typing "speed 1' will enable speed counter, typing "speed 0" will disable it.

I recommend using the settings tab to set fov and sens since it's easier.

and you dont need a fps limit, so don't use the command

The grappling gun is really buggy on where it puts the end of the wire

Meh, sounds like a glitch rather than being too OP. Still weird

I have faster times on TUTORIAL, SANDBOX 0, SANDBOX 1 AND SANDBOX 2 but on all the other levels you're faster

Edit: I got a 09:79 on ESCAPE 0 so I'm faster there as well

Not OP but I recommend using the Grenade Launcher and rocket jumping to the end of the level. Takes some practice but you'll be able to get great time. I got an 08:29 07:20 on sandbox 1 using rocket jumping.

Edit: beat my 08:29 run got it down to 07:20

Would anybody be interested in a YouTube series explaining how to speedrun the game? Asking here since i've seen many speedruns on YT.
