Can someone tell me how to open my save file in this version??

I uninstalled the games few months ago

I got my save file but I can't find the location u guys told before

hey there did u made any changes in pregnancy like time it takes or the percentage of u making someone pregnant higher??? Because I started new again and  already got three women pregnant that was not possible in earlier versions of this game so plsss reply
