Can we please patch 1.2 so it stops crashing before any other content?

So if past saves from older version don't work, is there a way to tell v1.2 what mission you have already done? (like the old start + option)

I fought the law and the law won.

Stuck in a loop. Roxy's storyline.  I rescue the woman from the burning building. Every time I return the building is burning again. (and I get the same info to go explore the city when I return to Roxy) I am sure its a simple answer but can't seem to find my way out of the loop. (version 11.3)
