I booted it up today after weeks of it not working, and it worked. Not sure what fixed it, but hey, whatever. It's fixed. 

I've listed everything my laptop told me.

well it's a laptop, so not super great? I guess? 

I've got 3.38 gigs of RAM, and the processor is the default it came with; AMD 3020e, and that gives me a 1.2 GHz display and graphics. Thing is though,I used to be able to play it totally normally about a month ago. Even with all the "make it look prettier" settings turned on, which is why I'm confused. 

alright so i launch the game. it runs fine. i try to start the first night and it crashes during the load screen after the news paper. what's happening?

Following to keep tabs on this project. I'll probably play through some of it later tonight, and give you my thoughts. If ep-8 will ever be free, then that's another plus.

the locker-peeking is weird and flashes all the assets rapidly. hurts my eyes. will reinstall and see if it just installed weird.

works fine now. Reinstalling fixed it.
