This is 100% not something that came from us. It sounds like you're PC has been compromised by some kind of malware and it's possible that other executables are infected too. I would run Malware Bytes or something similar and see if you can diagnose it further.

Really struggling to browse itch without the ability to exlude certain tags :(

This is a surprsingly common thing, and will be fixed when add a proper settings menu.

In the mean time, you can clear your settings by opening regedit and navigating to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Free Lives\Anger Foot"

Then delete the key that begins with "Resolution"

It's pay-what-you-want! Feel free to choose $0!

Huh. It should just be saving your campaign progress automatically. I can only guess that something went wrong during that process. If you send me your log file I can look into it.

Don't know anything about Linux myself. From what I can tell you need to extract the zip and execute the .x86_64 file.
