Xdelta UI is on romhacking.net, and is pretty much a universal patcher. If you can’t use XDELTA, or any other project using the .xdelta format, you should probably consider smartening yourself. You also need the source file to patch an xdelta, so have fun finding the build!

isn’t this a mod? If it’s on UTMT (which gives you my praise as I use UTMT mainly for my mods), you could decompile it. If not, it should already be on GM2.

This mod actually looks fine and proper and filled with effort and time, great to see something like this.
