i tried to search in World Generation Options, in "Set Special Character Genders" you can change the gender of special npcs, if it is not, i have played several times to know that the roommate is always the same gender as yours, even respecting the transgender, although I don't know if the gender could be changed directly using the cheats

Yes, you can date the best friend, as for dating people who are already dating, its possible if they're non-exclusive, that is, they prefer to be in an open relationship

Why do many people dislike the idea of the pregnancy update? I think it would be more 'entertaining' if  added a pregnancy update, also adding menstruation, contraceptives and stuff, I know that women during their ovulation feel horny, that's an extra point. IT IS realistic, after all it's a life simulator

It would be interesting for the female characters to experience their days of menstruation, cramps and spotting, etc
