I believe you may have done this by accident: the .exe is not the only thing you need in order to properly get your game on here you need to zip up the folder that contains your game then your game should work properly: the exe on it's own won't work it has to be the exe and the assets that are made when you make the package for your game.

My game is now available to download, it is a work in progress as unfortunately I did not have enough time to work out some of the functionality.
There was only 7 entries anyway I'm not really bothered about someone announcing "I won the vote" I'll upload my project regardless somewhere else. The projects should have had a more appropriate time slot to upload: but expecting all of us to submit at 10pm was ridiculous I would have expected it to be at midnight like all my other assignments were. At least now I'll have time to polish the game into what I wanted the demo to look like.
Hi all, I'm going to be remaking my previous group's game Blood Bullet:
How I plan to improve on this game is to improve the graphics drastically... I may even work on cutscenes and include character dialogue unlike this "first version" of the game. With this being a single manned project if you would be interested in helping me remake the game feel free to get in touch.
While the concept of the game seems focused around ships and mobs... I plan to add to the assets and make this more about the character themselves rather than just a shoot em up. The way I choose to improve on my previous design is I plan to give the character a name, a face and a backstory. Which really suits the theme of the jam. I may even consider renaming the game entirely as this would be a completely different genre with a different premise with GTA like mechanics.
